Can a VIN, plate, or title find a speeding ticket?

Driver's licenseOnly on portals that explicitly offer DL search — Nebraska's JUSTICE searches by name, not DL.

VIN / title / registrationNo. These identify the vehicle, not the driver. A speeding ticket is issued to a person.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need — lost paper, your driving history, general how-to-handle-it info, or VIN/plate questions.

  2. Tell us where — state, then county.

  3. Get destination cards — the official pages, with fees, lags, and limitations spelled out. You finish the lookup there.

Coverage

TicketRouter covers all 50 states: county court cards for every county we could verify, plus statewide court search, citation payment, and DMV driving-record pages wherever those exist. The map shows 2,500+ courthouses — each pin pointing at the official court page. Every routed URL is verified against an official source. A few counties couldn't be verified; those are logged as gaps, never guessed.
